repetitions of my handstand pushups. It wasn't a lot of air, but I was
off the ground.
Then I deadlifted 355 (3 sets @ 6, 5 & 5 reps). I followed that up
with 3 set each of overhand and underhand 1-arm pull ups. I sure did
get some strange looks in the gym today, but in my mind it was well
worth it.
